Your Home Information Pack (HIP)
If you plan to market your property yourself (not using an Estate Agent) you still need to produce a Home Information Pack (HIP) before advertising your property for sale.
The Energy Assessment Store can help you by providing either the complete HIP pack or just the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
A complete HIP pack would cost from £279, it is provided to you solely as a HIP pack and is not tied to any other product or service required for your sale (ie. conveyancing) and is therefore a one off stand alone product.
If you prefer to do your own searches etc. you will still require an EPC provided by a fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessor. The Energy Assessment Store will provide this EPC and would cost from £65 as a stand alone product.
